Work
This website is a case study in its own right.
thilabx.com is not a client commission. It is a case study in its own right: how the story is structured, what each version delivers and how quality is measured. You can verify all of it in your own browser.

With motion

Reduced and without JavaScript
Result
Three versions. One complete experience.
- With motion
- The film at the start plays through once. In the chapter From image to scene, the image holds while you scroll, and the light changes within it.
- With reduced motion
- Nothing fades or pins in place. Every image is static and every text is available immediately. The film becomes a still frame.
- Without JavaScript
- The page appears as with reduced motion. Navigation, links and the contact form keep working.
Try it yourself: enable your device's reduced-motion setting and reload the homepage.
Direction
Seven chapters, one message each
The homepage tells its story in seven chapters, from the film to the inquiry. The services appear in it as craft, not as a list.
Chapter 1
Opening
An original film opens the page. Within a few seconds it is clear what thilabx does.
Chapter 2
From image to scene
One vessel in three states: from the subject through the light to the finished page.
Chapter 3
Craft
Four capabilities, each with visible evidence instead of a claim.
Chapter 4
This site, three times
The proof point: the same page in three versions, with the measured values.
Chapter 5
Plainly put
Who leads the work and where the evidence comes from.
Chapter 6
Getting started
The first step is a direction brief, before the build.
Chapter 7
Inquiry
At the end there is exactly one action: your inquiry.

Quality
Approval against fixed criteria
- Complete
- With full motion, reduced motion or no JavaScript at all, every piece of content remains available.
- Usable
- Every page is checked under real browser conditions, on desktop and mobile. Links and the form remain fully keyboard-accessible.
- Fast and findable
- Performance, accessibility and search visibility are measured on every public page.
- Readable
- Text reaches the required contrast on every background.
- Approved
- Every change is technically checked and reviewed against the direction brief. Final approval stays with me.
If a change does not meet a criterion, it does not go live.
The same standard applies to your project.
In a conversation, I can show you the documentation behind these values.
